Space-efficient apartment in a gated community with a well-maintained spacious garden with lawn, flowers, palm trees and a large swimming pool.
The location is on the border between Son Armadams and Son Dureta with an 8 minute walk down to the Palma Sport & Tennis Club, a 10 minute walk to Santa Catalina with a plethora of restaurants and bars for all tastes.
